AMC China: RS485 Servo Drive CPRALTE-020B080
CPR series digital servo drives are designed to drive
brushes, brushless servo motors, stepper motors and AC induction motors. These digital
drives operate in torque, speed or position mode and adopts the Space Sector Modulation
(SVM) technology. Compared with traditional PWM, it can improve bus voltage
utilization and reduce heat dissipation. It is configured to use various external
command signals, and to use Built-in motion engine configuration commands. In
addition to motor control, these drives also have dedicated programmable
digital and analog inputs and outputs to enhance the interface with external
controllers and devices.
A new built-in shunt regulator is added to the CPR
series of drive module, which can consume the energy generated by the
regeneration process in the system feedback to maintain the DC bus voltage at a
fixed voltage to prevent the overvoltage and shut down.
CPR series drives have RS485/Modbus RTU network communication
function, you can connect DriveWare®7 software via RS232 to complete the driver
debugging and configuration.
CPR or CPC Series digital servo drives are
designed t drive brushed and brushless servo motors, stepper motors and AC
induction motors. These all-digital drives operate in torque, speed or position
mode and use space vector modulation (SVM) technology. Compared with
traditional PWM, it can improve bus voltage utilization and reduce heat
dissipation. The drive can be configured to use various external command
signals, or the drive's built-in motion engine (internal motion controller for
distributed motion applications) can be used to configure commands. In addition
to motor control, these drives also have dedicated programmable digital and
analog inputs and outputs to enhance the interface with external controllers
and devices.
CPR or CPC series drives have added a built-in shunt
regulator module, which can consume the energy feedback generated during the
regeneration process in the system, and maintain the DC bus voltage at a fixed
voltage to prevent the drive from overvoltage shutdown.
CPR series drive controllers have RS-485 network
communication function, CPC series drives have CANopen network communication
function, they can all be connected to DriveWare®7 software through RS232 to
complete drive debugging and configuration.
The CPRALTE-020B080 DigiFlex® Performance™ panel mount servo drive offers full tuning control of all servo loops and is designed for distributed or centralized servo systems. This servo drive utilizesModbus RTU, RS-485/232® communication and is commissioned with DriveWare® via an RS-232 interface.
