Safety ground contact provided to pass ground through Master to Tool.
Amphenol MS-style connectors for interfacing on the Master and Tool modules.
Fluid-resistant seal on contacts.
Module should be mounted to a Tool Changer, QC-40 or larger, to handle maximum rated current and 100% duty cycle without overheating.
Allowable maximum ambient temperature under these conditions is 100 degrees F.
Master module may extend high above Master plate. Adjust robot interface plate as needed to compensate.
Tool module may extend below Tool plate.
