Daincube: Robot Safety Controller (DRSC-MA)
The DRSC (Robot Safety Controller) is a robot safety controller installed inside the industrial robot control box. It meets the safety standards ISO 13849-1 and ISO 10218-1 of the robot, and is equipped with an emergency stop system, dual safety channel, internal/ external brake control and monitoring functions, communication functions such as EtherCAT, CAN and RS-232 are available for various industrial applications. It also has various safety sensor inputs, 6-axis motor brake control, and additional user I/O, and can control and monitor safety status through EtherCAT communication from the robot Main Controller. DRSC is a robot safety controller that is designed to easily implement multiple safety functions and incorporates all safety-related functions needed for industrial robots.
