the products we ordered were well packed and correct. that's the good. we utilized there web based order system which is where there isn't much to be desired. we ordered in stock items with next day shipping on a Friday, with notation this was for a critical machine.we are a business that operates on short timelines. next day orders. this was not shipped till the following Tuesday. when called to inquire on this on Monday was told we are not there only customer and that's just the way it is. while the product is good the customer service is lacking and not desirable in my opinion. i was looking to add another supplier to our list, whereas i don't think i will order again. its worth mentioning the items ordered were 4 small boxes to be placed in another box smaller than a shoe box with a shipping label. not a lengthy task at all which is where our frustration of not being the only customer statement makes it hard to purchase from again.
