Infranor: Servo Amplifier (MSD1 Series)
The MSD1 is a new range of highly flexible servo drives, designed to integrate a wide range of functionality into a compact, monoblock package. Suitable for driving brushed and brushless servo motors, with a selectable combination of high-resolution position, velocity and torque control modes, the MSD1 can serve as the standard core drive module in integrated manufacturing installations, helping to significantly reduce installation, maintenance and spares holding overheads.
To complement its flexible motor drive capability, the MSD1 incorporates a comprehensive suite of I/O handling functions. The motor Set Point signal can be inputted via differential analogue or CAN-bus connection, with motor dynamic feedback coming from resolver, encoder, sinusoidal encoder, DC-tacho generator or EMF sensing devices. Additional machine control functions are supported by onboard analogue and digital I/O. To further enhance the control system design, drive power can be supplied by direct 230V or 400V AC connection, with integral CE filtering and braking resistors simplifying the design of the control cabinet and further reducing costs.
Mesanor Servo Amplifier Digital series were designed as compact digital 4-quadrant amplifiers in transistor technics for the control of servo motors.
